Returns Policy

Mandalar accepts returns for refund within 5 days for finished jewelries from the date of purchase with the original invoice. Return products must be original condition, and please include packaging, envelopes, bags and boxes.

How to return item:

1) Send email to info@mandalarjewelry.com for Return Authorization Number (RA#), and explain why you would like to return it. 

2) Carefully pack the merchandise.

3) Affix barcode or prepaid label and drop off the package to the nearest UPS store.

All returns are required return authorization (RA#). No refunds or credit will be issued if there is missing RA#. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. 

Products returned outside 'No Fee Return Period' are charged a 15% restocking fee, and this will be deducted from your refund. 

All return shipping fees are customer's responsibility. 

Custom made, engraved jewelries or special orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Any exchanged items are final. 

We charge $ 300.00 for missing lab report when you return the item that comes with any lab grading report. 

Shipping

Packages are shipped Mondays through Fridays excluding holidays. We offer free shipping for all orders.
